High-speed top load robot case packing: (up to 20 picks per minute)

1.       3D vision system monitors process to insure:

a.      Incoming product within proper process tolerances to prevent jams.

b.      Boxes are filled completely and not missing products.

2.       Yaskawa Motoman robot control thru AOI’s on a Rockwell CompactLogix platform with PanelView Plus human interface allows for easy interface to upstream and downstream equipment.

3.       Reject product can be sensed and tossed aside at the pick and place operation.

4.       Robot grippers options:  pinch style, vacuum cup, vacuum foam, bag and custom

5.       Case position mechanisms:

a.      Chair style case positioner built to complement our case erector palletizer.

b.      Cartoning style variable pitch chain indexer.

c.       Robot positioned.
